A Buyer Specialist is a forward-looking individual who develops & maintains positive professional relationships and is on a consistent path of personal growth and professional development. They have a track record of success and a palpable desire to succeed in their role. They demonstrate a commitment to learning & striving for growth by regularly attending training, masterminds, as well as regularly practicing scripts and studying market/industry trends.
A Buyer Specialist communicates and networks with their database daily searching for future “Forever Clients” who are in need of our services. They provide essential services and unmeasurable value to clients through initial consultations, strategy sessions, customized searches, finding & pre-screening new properties, showing properties of interest, communicating vital property and market information, drafting and negotiating offers, overseeing and negotiating all aspects of accepted offers as well as providing clients with consistent resources and peace of mind during their home purchase process.
All Buyer Specialists will have a real estate license in order to meet MLS & GMAR criteria for the duties in this role. They also must be extremely detail-oriented and adhere to all National, State, and Local ethics, standards, and best practices as well as commit to adapting the Mind Right Realty Group and Keller Williams culture, models, systems, processes, and procedures.
